Mickel and Linmary Green met while serving their community—and quickly discovered a shared vision:

Mickel Green
A proud U.S. Army Veteran and career Police Officer with over 28 years of service, Mickel has spent his life protecting and empowering others.
His professional background includes extensive work in Human Trafficking, At-Risk Youth programs, Training & Development, Warrants, and Crime Prevention.
He’s also managed the Police Athletic League Basketball Program and led the Youth Explorer Program as a Senior Drill Instructor.
His leadership is grounded in discipline, integrity, and mentorship.
Linmary Green
With 16+ years as a dedicated Civil Servant, Lin brings a creative and compassionate lens to every project.
She is a published author, freelance writer, and motivational speaker, known for her impactful talks on Mental Health, Crisis Response, and Growth Mindset.
As the founder of an inspirational blog platform and an award-winning community advocate, Lin combines heart and experience to guide others through personal and professional transformation.
Together, Mickel and Linmary lead Green Consulting with the belief that every organization—and every person—has the potential to thrive with the right tools, mindset, and support.
